A digital freight platform (also known as a ‘freight platform’) is a digitally-driven, online platform that connects shippers, carriers, and service into one seamless freight solution. 

These platforms like Zeus use technology to streamline the process of finding, booking, and tracking shipments, sometimes providing additional services such as carbon tracking, decarbonisation, payment processing, rewards and customer support.

Zeus is a freight management platform unlike any other. We help hauliers access new loads and lanes, while helping shippers streamline, digitise, and control their road freight better.

Our unique approach is that we don’t charge hauliers to use Zeus. We strive to create a level playing field: by giving everyone the opportunity to deliver for our customers.

Our platform allocates work to verified hauliers based on registered vehicles, availability and preferred routes. Then, via our platform and Driver app we track, assess and manage performance. If you let us down, you’re letting yourself down as we will limit additional loads until service levels are resolved.

Yes, for hauliers, Zeus is free to use. Sign-up as a haulier, and you pay no subscription fees and no platform charges.

We find the work for you, giving you access to both spot (ad-hoc) and recurring contract work that is relevant to your fleet size, vehicles, availability and preferred locations. Easy.

Yes. Zeus has a free load board for HGV hauliers.

The process is simple. First you register and create a haulier account. Then, we need to verify you by receiving copies of your Goods in Transit insurance, Operator’s Licence, and Employee Liability insurance (if you plan on adding employees to your haulier account). Once these are reviewed, you’re ready to start!

Next add each Heavy Goods Vehicle you will be using to the Zeus platform. Then add your Drivers and assign them to vehicles (you can change this easily whenever you need to).

Now you’re ready to start getting matched to loads and lanes that come from our customers.

We only work with Full Truck Loads (FTLs) in consumer goods, materials and produce currently. This means cargo like pallets, crates and boxes in everything from food & beverage to footwear and clothes.

We do not currently handle flammable liquids or gases, hazardous materials, heavy construction equipment, high value goods, pharmaceuticals, or high security items.
